Sevens are found throughout Torah and Jewish Tradition: Sabbath, Sephirot, Omer, Pesach, Body Gates, Mikveh, Sheva Brachot, Shiva, Rainbows. Seven denotes G*d's power of perfection in creation and completion.

Wisdom of the 7s expands perceptions in Kabbalistic 4 Worlds of Spirit, Mind, Heart & Body.
With joy, we discover and explore Sevens.

In workshop, we also explore 70's and even 8's.

In the month of Kislev, dark time of year, we look back at the miracles of the seven branched Temple menorah. Experience yourself as one of 7 candles. The Chanukah lights we light (all the way from the ohr ha-ganuz / primordial light, are the physical manifestations of our own spiritual inner light, our soul's radiance; and reflect the Temple's holy lights.



Joy Krauthammer, MBA-UJ, active in Jewish Renewal, Feminist and Chassidic worlds for a few decades, has taught Kabbalah, and Jewish women's life-cycle ritual at Rosh Chodesh celebrations and retreats. Joy serves "G*d in joy" (Psalm 100.2) as a poet, sound healer, and visual and performing artist. (And can usually be seen with a timbrel in her hand.) In NY, she was a licensed medical social worker. For three decades, Joy publishes "Joyous Chai Lights."
